Please note Joompay Europe SA has been acquired by Vivid Money group and has discontinued its payment services through the Joompay mobile app.
As previously communicated, all Joompay customers are requested to withdraw any remaining funds from their accounts by 20 May 2024.
Should there be any funds remaining in the accounts after 20 May 2024, a monthly maintenance fee of EUR 6.00 for all accounts subject to closure will apply in accordance with Our Fees.
On the bright side, we encourage you to install our new mobile app Vivid Money and open a new account with us! Our new application is designed to offer you better features, improved functionality, and an overall enhanced user experience.
